Inspired Heads Policies

An Outstanding Experience

At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Inspired Heads experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Blow-dry is not included with your colour service. If you are not sure what colour service you require please DO NOT book online, please call us to talk through your options and book in a consultation appointment. Unfortunately, colour services prices on our website are only a guide and we cannot give accurate pricing over the phone, in order to find out accurate pricing we encourage you to come in for consultation appointment during which we will discuss services needed to achieve your desired hair colour and prices.


If for any reason you cannot make your scheduled appointment and do not inform us at least 24 hours in advance, you will lose any deposit paid. We may request deposits for appointments over £50. For any colour services it is essential to have a patch test done 48h in advance of your appointment. For any lightening colour services, we strongly advise Olaplex or similar treatments to be added to the colour for an extra £25-£50.


Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Colouring services do take a long time, especially colour correction and Balayage which can take up to 10 hours. In order to maintain the colour that has been created by our stylists we strongly advise to use only professional home care products that have been recommended by our stylists.
